The Customer Service Center provides assistance on the financial aspects of OJP awards. Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. eastern time. You may contact us by phone, email, or fax.

Press 2: To speak to a staff member on or any other financial aspect of OJP awards.

Press 3: To speak to a member of the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Response Center concerning grants through the COPS program.

Press 4: To be transferred to the Department of Justice Locator.

Press 5: For a pre-recorded message providing Fax phone numbers for the Customer Service Center and for the OJP Control Desk.

Press 6: For assistance using the online Grants Management System, (GMS), for submission of applications or Progress Reports.

Press 7: (Reserved for later use.)

Press 8: To speak to a member of the Customer Service Center Bi-lingual (Spanish) staff.
