This annotated bibliography lists materials related to the development of tests and screening procedures which have been designed to assist in identifying actual or potential child abusers.

Although this bibliography is primarily composed of journal article entries, published and unpublished papers, manuals, and reports are also included. Each entry is composed of bibliographic information and an annotation summarizing the document's contents. Publication dates for the included citations range from 1958 to 1980.
