The evaluation's goals were to assess components of Task Force implementation based on a comprehensive process evaluation, as well as to create a research infrastructure that supports the intellectual and career development of people who have experienced trafficking. This report presents the final findings based on observations of meetings and interviews with Task Force members and participants. Final findings from the Levels of Collaboration Scale and from the analysis of de-identified San Francisco Police Department and San Francisco District Attorney's Office data are presented in their respective reports. Overall, the current report indicates that the Task Force participants continue to express interest ad motivation in collaborating with each other; however, the lack of resources for the collaboration continues to be a concern and barrier to Task Force aspirations. Much of the work is done through the Task Force Committees; however, some agencies that attend the General Meetings never attend Committee Meetings and vice-versa. Evaluation recommendations presented in this report pertain to the Task Force's Annual Report, the Task Force structure, strategic planning, and Task Force meetings. 2 tables
