THE NEXT SECTION, ON COMPLIANCE WITH FORMS OF CONTROL, DISCUSSES DUE PROCESS CONSTRAINTS FROM THE STANDPOINT OF AUTHORITY AND INNOVATION AND FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMPATIBILITY AND A COMPLIANCE MODEL. COMPLIANCE TO DIVERSION GRANT PROGRAMS IS ALSO TREATED HERE. A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLIANCE IS TENDERED.
