Abstract
EACH OF THE INSTRUMENTS DEVELOPED FOR THIS STUDY HAS ELICITED INFORMATION WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPOSITE PICTURE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CIVIL SERVICE POLICE APPLICANT. THE TESTS WERE DESIGNED BY THE EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE AT THE REQUEST OF THE POLICE TRAINING COMMISSION AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL SERVICE.
