Abstract
The material has been tested at several juvenile training schools and several public schools. The book asks many personal questions designed to make the user think about themselves and their behavior. Youth are encouraged to keep the book and to reread it. Individual sections focus on past and present anger, good and bad aspects of anger, aggression, outside and inside reasons for anger, thinking and feeling reasons for anger, and self-talk. Further sections focus on methods for dealing with outside reasons, relaxation, thinking controls, communicating feelings, calming others, recognizing anger, and controls on feelings and actions.
