OTHER SUGGESTIONS NOTED INCLUDE DEVELOPMENT OF A TIMETABLE, ESTABLISHMENT OF SHORT-TERM AND LONG-RANGE GOALS, ADEQUATE STAFFING, THE USE OF SOUND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, THE ESTABLISHMENT AND USE OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND THE SELECTION OF A DYNAMIC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
