This report provides information on the average daily population (ADP) in each correctional complex, major institution, and satellite housing unit under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Department of Corrections during fiscal year 1989.
Abstract
In addition, the report includes ADP and end-of-month counts for the community and residential juvenile programs. An analysis of ADP trends for fiscal 1985 through fiscal 1989 indicates an ADP in 1989 higher than the peak populations experienced in the other years. 7 tables.
