LEGAL AND LEGISLATIVE ASPECTS OF TRAINING ARE CONSIDERED. THE SECOND SECTION DEALS WITH PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT. IT COVERS THE ROLE OF TESTING IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, MANPOWER AND CAREER PLANNING, JOB ENRICHMENT AND REDESIGN, AND THE INFLUENCE OF GROUP NORMS ON TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS.
