Abstract
STANDARD THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY METHODS TYPICALLY REQUIRE A SECOND SCREENING TO VERIFY RESULTS - A STEP WHICH THIS PROCEDURE ELIMINATES. THIS PROCEDURE IS SAID TO BE APPLICABLE TO THE DETERMINATION OF MORPHINE, METHAMPHETAMINE, PETHIDENE, CODEINE, COCAINE, METHADONE, NALORPHINE, AND PENTAZOCINE.
