Abstract
THE CASE INVOLVED CONTEMPT OF COURT FOR DEFYING AN INJUNCTION AGAINST PARADING WITHOUT A PERMIT. THE AUTHORS HAVE SUPPLEMENTED THEIR STUDY OF ORIGINAL SOURCES WITH INTERVIEWS WITH PEOPLE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE CASES AS DEFENDANTS, WITNESSES, AND LAWYERS.
