This online guide assists tribal communities in planning and preparing stronger applications for grant solicitations, such as the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ's) Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS).
Abstract
The main sections of the guide present strategies for determining needs and goals, designing a program, forming partnerships, and strengthening the application. One section of the guide provides instructions in preparing an application for funding. On the "home" page of the guide, access buttons for various topic areas are provided. The subjects covered are partner coordination, program design, budget, needs assessment and community profile, and how to get started.
