Abstract
THE FACTORS DISCUSSED ARE THOSE WHICH, IN THE NAME OF SOME POSITIVE VALUE OR POTENTIAL, HAVE SOMEHOW DEGENERATED TO A SOURCE OF FRUSTRATION AND ANGER FOR THE WORK-RELEASE RESIDENT AND ARE CONSEQUENTLY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO THE OBJECTIVES OF A WORK-RELEASE PROGRAM. FACTORS EXAMINED INCLUDE HOUSING AND FOOD SERVICE PROCEDURES, TREATMENT PROCEDURES, ADMINISTRATION, AND PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS.
