Abstract
ONE OF THE AUTHOR'S MAIN POINTS OF CONTENTION IS THE NOTION THAT FORCIBLE AGGRESSIVENESS IS A NECESSARY ATTRIBUTE OF A SUCCESSFUL PROSECUTOR. SHE SUGGESTS THAT COMPETENCY IS A SUITABLE SUBSTITUTE.
