AFTER REVIEWING THE MERITS OF A VIDEOTAPED DEPOSITION IN PRESENTING A MORE FAITHFUL PICTURE OF THE WITNESS AND AND OF VISUAL EXHIBITS THAN THE READING OF A TRANSCRIPT, THE ARTICLE DESCRIBES THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED, THE COST INVOLVED, AND THE TECHNIQUES USED.
