Abstract
THE INSTITUTE OF LAW RESEARCH AND REFORM IS DESIGNED TO CONDUCT AND DIRECT RESEARCH INTO LAW AND ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND TO PROMOTE LAW REFORM. A NUMBER OF REPORTS OF THE INSTITUTE ARE SUMMARIZED. DEALING WITH SUCH SUBJECTS AS RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND PARTITION AND STILE. CURRENT LAW REFORM PROJECTS IN THE AREAS OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW COMPANY LAW, CONFIDENTIALITY, EVIDENCE, AND FAMILY LAW ARE DESCRIBED.
