This management note challenges judges and state trial court administrators to evaluate their leadership roles.
Abstract
Specifically, a team management approach is recommended whereby various nonjudicial responsibilities are shared between the chief judge and court administrator. The executive components of the court should seek to develop compatible individual leadership styles and a unified leadership pattern regarding the overall management of the court.
