Abstract
THE DOCUMENT BEGINS WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE STATUTORY RULES AND REQUIREMENTS THAT GOVERN DOCKET KEEPING AND RECORD RETENTION PROCEDURES IN GEORGIA COURTS. THE SECOND SECTION DESCRIBES THE VARIOUS DOCKETS KEPT IN GEORGIA COURTS. NEXT, THE OTHER COMPONENTS OF RECORD SYSTEMS SUCH AS FILING SYSTEMS AND RECORD FORMS ARE DETAILED. THE FINAL SECTION PRESENTS A SUMMARY OF CONCLUSIONS DRAWN FROM THE FINDINGS OF THE STUDY.
