THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ARE DISCUSSED: DETENTION FOR QUESTIONING (ON THE STREET AND AT THE POLICE STATION), QUESTIONING BEFORE CHARGES ARE BROUGHT (RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT, RECORDING THE INTERVIEW, AND ACCESS TO A LAWYER), AND INFORMING INDIVIDUALS OF THEIR RIGHTS.
