SECURITY MEANS PROTECTION AGAINST UNNECESSARY ADDED EXPENSES, WHETHER DUE TO CARELESSNESS, AND WASTE FROM EMPLOYEES, SHORT WEIGHT OR INFERIOR MERCHANDISE FROM VENDORS, EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER THEFT OR FIRE, BURGLARY, OR VANDALISM. BECAUSE BARS ARE PRIME TARGETS FOR THEFT, PHYSICAL PLANT SECURITY IS ESSENTIAL. WINDOW GLAZINGS AND GRILLS, DOORS AND LOCKS, AND SKYLIGHT AND DUCT SECURITY CONSTRUCTIONS ARE AVAILABLE SECURITY MATERIALS. IN ADDITION TO ALARM SYSTEMS, SECURITY REQUIRES GOOD EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, CAREFUL EMPLOYEE SCREENING, AND CONTINUING ADEQUATE SUPERVISION AND THE USE OF ESTABLISHED POLICES AND PROCEDURES.
