Abstract
A SEPARATE SECTION IS DEVOTED TO EACH COUNTRY WHICH SUPPLIED ADEQUATE INFORMATION, AND THE SECTIONS ARE ARRANGED IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER FROM ARGENTINA TO ZAIRE. TWO SECTIONS HAVE BEEN DEVOTED TO THE UNITED KINGDOM: ONE FOR ENGLAND AND WALES AND THE OTHER FOR SCOTLAND.
