Abstract
This book is designed for police officers and presents the best techniques in the real world of police work. It acknowledges how many procedures have changed within the field of police work, as well as the introduction of many new scientific instruments and techniques. Even though there is an awareness of the need for improvements to the system there is also an awareness that many of the old ones still work. This book was developed to assist the officer on how to best perform fundamental police procedures.
