Abstract
THE PROGRAM OF THE CENTER IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SETTING FOR EX-OFFENDERS WITH SUCH PROBLEMS AS CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY, PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, AND THE INSTITUTIONAL WOMB SYNDROME. THE OPERATIONS MANUAL FOR THE CENTER DESCRIBES THE BUILDING INTERIOR, PERSONNEL POLICIES, JOB FUNCTIONS OF COUNSELING STAFF, INTERVIEWING AND ADMISSION PROCEDURES, TERMINATION PROCEDURES, FILES, PHASES OF PROGRAMMING, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING A SEARCH OF OF THE RESIDENCE OR OF RESIDENT BELONGINGS, THE CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY DIVISION, THE MENTAL HEALTH DIVISION, RESIDENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, RESIDENTIAL GUIDELINES, MEDICAL AND MEDICATION POLICIES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY EVACUATION, FIRE AND SECURITY ALARM SYSTEMS, AND FLOOR PLANS.
