Abstract
The report contains a letter to the Governor, an organizational chart of the department, and data pertaining to the Board of Corrections and the department's administration. A map delineates the geographical location of department facilities. Accomplishments and relevant information concerning the divisions of technical services, community services, and institutions are given. Improvements in health services and assessment and reception are noted. Tables present funding and expenditure data for 1979 and 1980. Also included are photographs and samples of creative writing by inmates.
