This report highlights the activities of the National Center for State Courts in 1994.
Abstract
The goals of the Center are to develop policies to enhance State courts, advance State courts' interests within the Federal government, foster State court adaptation to future changes, secure adequate funding for State courts, strengthen court leadership, facilitate intercourt collaboration, and provide model organizational administration. The projects and programs completed by the Center in 1994 are described here, and include consulting and technical assistance, research, technology projects, information exchange, education and training, national conferences, government relations, and international programs.
