Abstract
THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THE MODEL STATUTE IS TO PROVIDE UNIFORM PROCEDURES AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF ALARM BUSINESSES AND THE ISSUANCE OF IDENTIFICATION CARDS TO ALARM AGENTS AND CERTAIN OTHER INDIVIDUALS. COMMENTARIES ON SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF THE MODEL LAW ARE INCLUDED.
