Abstract
Administrative standards cover fiscal management and management information systems. Others involve inmate work programs, religious services, and educational and vocational training. Inmate rules, security functions, food services, medical and health care services, and the physical plant are the subjects of other standards. The report also outlines standards for the jailing of juveniles, reception and review processing, and for lock-ups. A glossary is appended.
