Abstract
Notable events during the year included a collective bargaining agreement, the introduction of stationary patrol as a means of saving time and fuel, and a severe budget crisis forcing the layoffs of the entire recruit class. Operation CARE continued to provide additional law enforcement patrols and traffic safety awareness tips to citizens during holidays, resulting in a lower traffic death toll. Personnel data and other information are included.
