Abstract
ALSO CONSIDERED ARE THE PART PLAYED BY THE PSYCHIATRIST IN DECIDING AN APPROPRIATE SANCTION AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE INSTITUTIONAL TREATMENT OF THESE OFFENDERS.
