This report presents statistics on mediation in juvenile justice proceedings in Cataluna, a region in Spain, from May 1, 1990 to April 20, 1991, summarizing victim-delinquent mediation and victim compensation programs.
Abstract
Statistics are given for type of crime committed by juveniles participating in mediation by age and sex, type of victim, and proposed mediation actions by age and type of crime committed, by juvenile sex, and by victim type.
