This report details an assessment of marijuana use and availability as of September 1994, and presents indicators pointing to the drugs resurgance among a number of demographic groups.
Abstract
The report covers marijuana consuption, indicators of use/abuse, and estimates the total consumption of marijuana in the United States as of September 1994. Additional sections of the report cover: 1) Attitudes toward marijuana, it's harmfulness and/or disapproval, and it's legality. 2) The supply and sales of marijuana; including it's price, potency, and availability; domestic and foreign production; and law enforcement seizures. The final section of the report presents a discussion of the topic. Appendices provide a detail of use trends, the survey detail, the survey methodology, and a detail of the survey data.
