THE AUTHOR CONSIDERS FACTORS SUCH AS THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED BY TRAINER PERSONNEL, THE PACE OF TEACHING JOB TASKS, AND THE NON-PROFESSIONAL'S ATTITUDES AND SKILLS. THE SPECIFIC TECHNIQUES OF ROLE PLAYING AND PRE-SERVICE ORIENTATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED AS USEFUL TOOLS.
