The three volumes of this report contain data on total statewide caseload and financial information together with caseloads of the Indiana Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and the Tax Court; the same data for each court and county in Indiana; and information which further defines the caseload statistics.
Abstract
The number of cases pending in the Supreme Court of Indiana totaled 392 as of December 31, 1991. For the period January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991, the Indiana Court of Appeals disposed of 2,216 cases. A total of 69 cases were filed in the Indiana Tax Court in 1991.
