Abstract
Individual sections focus on cooperation between the Idaho State police and other agencies in the exchange of information, criminal identification records, criminal justice statistics, the right to inspect and take copies of public writings, procedures relating to the retention of disputed records, and the prohibition on the distribution or sale of mailing or telephone number lists. Records exempt from disclosure are also listed, including trade secrets, certain private business records, personal records, vital statistics records, test questions and scoring information related to licensing examinations, home addresses and telephone numbers of retired public employees, and other specific information.
