Abstract
The different kinds of transportation available to police officers are addressed, including motorcycles, helicopters, and horses. The many ways that police officers help people are highlighted. Some of the requirements that people must meet before they can become police officers are examined, including knowing how to handle weapons and how to take care of themselves. Educational requirements are mentioned. Readers are urged to keep their bodies strong and learn to work well with others if they wish to become future police officers. A glossary, index, picture dictionary, and approximately 55 illustrations are included.
