This volume of the Indiana Judicial Report defines trial court caseloads.
Abstract
The volume includes individual court data on the type of case disposition, i.e., by jury trial, dismissal, etc., and information on the number and type of cases venued into and out of each court. It contains fiscal tables, which present expenditures for all courts (for salaried and non-salaried personnel, and a summation of expenses). Data on revenues include trial courts, city and town court revenues for State and local funds, and for county funds and totals. A separate section presents Marion County small claims court revenues for 1998. In addition, the volume contains a roster of Circuit, Superior, County, Municipal, and Probate Court personnel. Tables
