Child sexual abuse prevention programs of all kinds have multiplied. This paper examines one critical concept that is taught in virtually every program; the distinction between good and bad touch.
Abstract
Evaluation research has demonstrated that this is a difficult concept for young children to learn and retain. This paper offers the hypothesis that the reason for this difficulty can be found in the attribution skills of young children. (Publisher abstract)
