THE MAJOR ADVANTAGES SEEM TO BE AN INCREASE IN MORALE, A DECREASE IN SICK LEAVE AND END-OF-SHIFT OVERTIME, AND SOME CLAIMS WERE MADE FOR REDUCED CRIME RATES FOLLOWING PLAN IMPLEMENTATION.
