Abstract
This loose-leaf volume contains the annotations from the American Law Reports system that address the issue of forfeiture of real or personal property because of alleged involvement in criminal activity. For purposes of compiling this comprehensive work, all relevant judicial decisions were examined. The book is divided into several headings: Forfeitures, Generally; Forfeitures in Connection with Violations of Laws Relating to Drugs or Contraband; Forfeitures in Connection with Violations of Laws Relating to Firearms, Gambling, Liquor, or Organized Crime; and Forfeitures in Connection with Violations of Other Laws. Under each of these headings the material is laid out in outline form. Users can also access information by using the consolidated Fact-Word index. The annotations are kept current with the addition of an annual supplement. This volume is current as of October 1993.
