Abstract
Data came from the client database, annual reports from providers, and other reports covering 19 program components and more than 57 separate programs. The results were used to recommend expansion, improvement, modification, maintenance, or elimination of each program, contract, or program component. The report includes background information on outcome evaluation, a statistical description of the population entering the juvenile justice systems, summaries of recommendations, discussions of the recommendations for each program component, and comparisons across programs.
