The 12th edition of the Directory of New York State Criminal Justice Agencies is a product of the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Justice Systems Analysis.
Abstract
The directory is produced by the Bureau of Criminal Justice Statistical Services under a cooperative agreement with the Bureau of Justice Statistics to improve the transfer and communication of criminal justice information between Federal, State, local, and private criminal justice organizations. The directory provides concise and usable address listings of major criminal justice agencies in New York. Addresses, telephone numbers, and names of agency directors are given for each organization. Directory listings are divided into eight major categories: law enforcement, prosecution and defense, courts, probation, youth, corrections, parole, and State-level criminal justice agencies.
