A THREE STAGE TRAINING DESIGN FOR THE RAPID TRAINING OF A LARGE NUMBER OF NONPROFESSIONALS FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK.
Abstract
WITH THE GROWING NEED FOR MASSIVE TRAINING, A HIGH RATIO OF TRAINER TO TRAINEES IS IMPOSSIBLE. THIS REQUIRES SIMPLE DESIGN BASED ON THE ASSUMPTION OF LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ON THE PART OF THE TRAINER, AND TRAINING MATERIALS EASILY APPLIED ON A LARGE SCALE. THE MODEL PRESENTED IS FOR TRAINING OF FIVE HUNDRED AIDES OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD.
