GROUP OPINION WAS SOUGHT THROUGH A SERIES OF QUESTIONNAIRES INTERSPERSED WITH INFORMATION FEEDBACK. THE RESULTS PROVIDE A SYSTEMATIC MEANS FOR THE MICHIGAN COUNCIL TO INITIATE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS ADULT CORRECTIONS ACTION PROGRAM. TABLES CONTAIN ISSUES IN ADULT CORRECTIONS RANKED BY AVERAGE PRIORITY RATING AND ISSUES IN ADULT CORRECTIONS RANKED BY AVERAGE POTENTIAL FOR IMPACT RATING.
