Abstract
THE ELEVEN STEPS INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING: DISCUSSION OF GENERAL EDUCATION PHILOSOPHIES, DISCUSSION AND SELECTION OF A JUSTICE SYSTEM EDUCATION MODEL, DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENTAL OR PROGRAM GOALS, DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF ROLES, AND IDENTIFICATION OF STUDENT COMPETENCIES. ALSO INCLUDED ARE DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF SELECTED CURRICULUMS AND OF CONSTRAINTS AND PROBLEMS IN CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, INDIVIDUAL COURSE DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF SELECTED COURSES, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CURRICULUM, AND CURRICULUM EVALUATION AND CHANGE.
