Overall, international crime rates are increasing, and as a result, law enforcement agencies must rely more heavily on modern, sophisticated tools and investigatory methods.
Abstract
These methods can yield crucial material evidence, with which criminals can be prosecuted. Another important aspect of modern investigations is the integration of different types of expertise. Two years ago, Hungarian law enforcement professionals established a computerized criminal investigation system, which is described in this article.
