THEORETICAL DISCUSSION OF BASIC INTELLECTUAL METHODS AND REASONING PROCESSES USED BY INVESTIGATORS, PROSECUTORS, AND JUDGES IN ANALYZING CRIMINAL CASES.
Abstract
THE METHODS AND PROCESSES ARE SUPPOSITION, ALTERNATIVE EXPLANATIONS, USE OF LIFE EXPERIENCE, INTUITION, FANTASY, DOUBT, AND THE ELEMENT OF CHANCE. THE MANNER IN WHICH THESE APPRAOCHES ARE USED CONSTITUTES A UNIQUE METHODOLOGY CHARACTERISTIC OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROFESSION. THIS ARTICLE REPRESENTS ONE OF THE FIRST DISCUSSIONS OF THIS SUBJECT IN THE CRIMINOLOGICAL LITERATURE OF THE SOCIALIST COUNTRIES. --IN FRENCH, SUMMARY IN GERMAN AND RUSSIAN
