This volume supplements the third edition of the Criminal Law Digest with more than 1,800 summaries of significant criminal law cases decided since the publication of the main volume.
Abstract
The summaries cover both State and Federal law, including substantive and procedural law, as well as constitutional guarantees. The supplement's organization follows that of the third edition, starting with State crimes and continuing with State criminal procedures, ancillary proceedings, Federal crimes, Federal procedures, and constitutional guarantees. New topics have been assigned new section numbers, and cases discussed in the Criminal Law Bulletin are noted with a citation at the end of the case digest.
