This directory provides basic information about each member organization of the Crime Prevention Coalition, as well as other data on programs, funding, training, publications, and conferences.
Abstract
The Coalition brings together more than 120 national and State organizations and Federal agencies to lead the collective efforts of individuals, communities, and governments to improve the quality of life by preventing crimes. Information for the directory was gathered during January-April 1993, primarily from forms completed by Coalition member groups. Other sources included previous surveys and directories, mailing lists, and the Encyclopedia of Associations. Information provided for each organization includes its address, telephone and fax numbers, chief executive officer, Coalition liaison, units relevant to crime prevention, crime prevention programs and priorities, resources provided, newsletters, magazines, crime prevention materials, conferences and training, funding, membership, and other topics.
