Abstract
Four new judges were elected to the court, and a new President was named. Juvenile crime continued to increase in the area, and jail overcrowding remained a problem. A Criminal Offense Report illustrating the various types of offenses and their dispositions is included. For the second consecutive year, the Civil Division reduced the average number of months required to dispose of cases once they were ready for trial. 45 tables.
