IN DESCRIBING THE MACHINERY WHICH OPERATES ON DEFENDANTS TO INDUCE THEM TO PLEAD GUILTY, THE AUTHOR ASSERTS THAT THEY ARE GIVEN A COMBINATION OF SOUND LEGAL ADVICE, INTIMIDATION, AND MISLEADING INFORMATION.
Abstract
